In-Store Purchase Returns


To make a return, you'll need the receipt from your purchase. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and all items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Your refund will be issued in the original form of payment.

To return a gift, the item needs to have one of our gift receipt stickers somewhere on the packaging, and has to be dated within the last 30 days. The item also needs to be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Your refund will be issued as a store credit gift card.


Web Order Returns


To return an order made through our website, you can either return those items to one of our stores or ship your order back to our central office.

To return a web order at a store, you'll need the packing slip from the order. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt and all items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Your refund can either be issued as a store credit gift card or a refund to the card you made the purchase with.

Sorry, we do not pay for shipping on returns. The return package must be shipped back to us within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a refund to the card you made the purchase with once we receive the items.


Shipping


When you place an order for shipping either online or at one of our stores, it will typically ship out within 2 days of the order being placed. From there, we hand it over to USPS, and you can track your order via the Tracking Number in the shipping notification you receive from us. Because it's out of our hands, we cannot give exact estimates as to when the order will arrive. Based on estimates given to us by USPS, we say an order will typically take 3-5 days to reach you after it is shipped.

HOLIDAY NOTE: With historically high shipping volumes and short staff this year, USPS is experiencing a delay in getting some packages scanned into their system for tracking updates. Package tracking may read "In Pre-Shipment" for 2-3 days after the package has been picked up from our store. Please be patient, but let us know if you do not see any movement on your package after a few days' time.

We reserve the right to limit quantities available for sale or sold, and that at any time to correct, cancel, reject or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever at our sole discretion, whether or not the order has been submitted, confirmed and/or charged to your credit card. Credit cards are never charged for cancelled orders.
